Mint Citrus Mochi
Ingredients

Preparation
- Dough: Combine rice flour, sugar, and water; steam or microwave until the mixture becomes smooth, elastic, and pliable.
- Filling: Shape cream and fruit segments into small, firm rounds and freeze them briefly to make assembly easier.
- Assembly: Flatten a portion of the dough, wrap it around a chilled filling ball, and pinch the edges to seal completely.
- Finishing: Lightly dust with powdered sugar and top with a fresh mint leaf for a polished, refreshing presentation.
